Petrolia Drilling ASA has on 13. June 2008,
bought 1.037.667 shares in Petromena ASA, at a price
of 18,10 per share.

After the above mentioned transaction, Petrolia
Drilling ASA controls 76.057.118 shares in
Petromena ASA, including a forward contract of
8.333.333 shares with 28 July 2008 delivery and
including the 6.812.000 new shares allocated, but
not yet issued, to Petrolia Drilling ASA in the
private placement announced by PetroMena ASA on 13
June 20008. The total figure of 76.057.118 shares
controlled by Petrolia Drilling ASA, equals 51,47 %
of the shares outstanding in Petromena ASA.
