RECEIVED WRIT OF SUMMONS FROM PETROJACK ASA, ITS BANKRUPT ESTATE.

Petrolia ASA has received a writ of summons from Petrojack ASA, its bankrupt estate, which includes a claim of up to NOK 32, 9 million related to Petrolia Services AS’ (Petrolia ASA’s 100% owned subsidiary) purchase of certain drilling equipment from Petrojack in 2009. The bankrupt estate asserts to have a claw back claim related to the transferred equipment.

Petrolia ASA dismisses the reason for the claim.
