STATUS DEEP VENTURE

Reference is made to stock exchange notice dated 10 March 2010. Petrolia Drilling ASA has been informed that Maersk Oil Angola AS expect to complete operation with Deep Venture, after the current well is completed on or around 18 April 2010. Petrolia Drilling ASA is still of the opinion that this does not affect Maersk’s contractual obligations towards Venture Drilling AS. The drilling contract runs until the 25 January 2011.
