STATUS PETROLIA DRILLING

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice 19 April concerning the extraordinary general meeting. The Board of Directors in Petrolia Drilling ASA has decided to elect Mr. Berge Gerdt Larsen as Chairman of the Board. The Board of Directors has worked to complete a restructuring of the company. As part of the new strategy for the Petrolia Drilling it has been decided to terminate the contract of employment with Mr. Bernt Skeie, and he will be succeeded by Mr. Ørnulf Samdal as temporary Managing Director.
