SUMMONS TO EGM

Please find attached summons to an extraordinary general meeting to be held Friday 23 November 2012.

The meeting will be in Oslo to allow as many shareholders as possible to be able to attend.

Future meetings will be helt at Cyprus reflecting that the company now has moved to Limassol.
