UPDATE OF THE FINANCIAL CALENDER 2010

Reference is made to the stock exchange notices on the 12th January and 30th April 2010. Presentation of 1st Quarter Preliminary Accounts for Petrolia Drilling ASA will take place on Friday 28 May 2010 at 08,30 hrs. (Norwegian time). The Board of Directors in Petrolia Drilling ASA will prepare and issue the Summons for the General Annual Meeting, which tentatively will be held on Monday 28 June 2010 at 13,00 hrs.
