Exercise of Employee Share Options
Pexip Holding ASA ("Pexip" or "The Company", Oslo Børs Ticker: PEXIP) has been notified that participants in the Company’s option program have on November 22, 2021, exercised 231,412 options with an average strike price of NOK 24.68 per share. Following the exercise, 231,412 shares will be transferred from the Company’s holding of own shares. After the transaction, Pexip Holding ASA holds 900,205 own shares.
Options exercised by primary insiders:
Øystein Hem (Interim CEO and CFO) has exercised 7,500 options in the Company, corresponding to 7,500 shares at the strike price of NOK 25.00. Prior to the exercise he held 92,468 shares and rights to 127,500 shares. After the exercise, Mr. Hem will hold 99,968 shares and rights to 120,000 shares.
Ingrid Woodhouse (Chief People Officer) has exercised 7,500 options in the Company, corresponding to 7,500 shares at the strike price of NOK 25.00. Prior to the exercise she held 17,430 shares and rights to 35,625 shares. After the exercise, Mrs. Woodhouse will hold 24,930 shares and rights to 28,125 shares.
