Phase Holographic Imaging (PHI) announces that Altium S.A. exercised all their obtained warrants TO 3.

The in total 1491362 exercised TO 3 warrants correspond to 44,3 % of the total number of TO 3.

With the full conversion of the TO 3, Altium will control approximately 16,4 % of the share capital and votes in PHI.
