Increase in the share capital

Due to exercised share options to employees in PhotoCure ASA, the share capital is increased with NOK 12,500 through an issue of 25,000 shares of NOK 0.50 each.

The number of outstanding shares registered in The Register of Business Enterprises after this share capital increase is 17,075,000.
