Oslo Stock Exchange has approved application of listing of Photocure ASA
The Board of Directors of the Oslo Stock Excange has resolved to accept the listing of the shares in PhotoCure ASA on the main list at the Oslo Stock Excange. The approval is subject to a Prospectus being prepared in accordance witht the Oslo Stock Exchange regulations. The Director of the Oslo Stock Exchange is authorised to decide on the first trading day, such day not to be later than June 1, 2000.
In accordance with the current timetable, we expect the Companys shares to be listed at the end of May. Further information will be given later.
