PhotoCure ASA have received the following notice from Åse Aulie Michelet, member of the Board of Directors of PhotoCure ASA:

"I am resigning from the Board of Directors of PhotoCure ASA, as the assignment can no longer be combined with my current assignment in Amersham Health."

Erik Engebretsen, Chairman of the PhotoCure Board of Directors commented: "On behalf of PhotoCure, I would like to thank Åse Aulie Michelet for her strong contribution as a member of the Board since she was appointed in the autumn of 1996, a period which has been very important for PhotoCure."
