Photocure ASA – Annual general meeting held

Oslo, Norway, 9 May 2019: Photocure ASA (OSE: PHO), held its annual general meeting on 9 May 2019 at 17:00 hours (CET).

All proposals were resolved as presented in the notice convening the annual general meeting dated 17 April 2019, as further set out in the minutes from the general meeting attached hereto. The nomination committee did not propose to elect any new board members at this general meeting, but will at a later point in time propose to elect two new board members at an extraordinary general meeting.
