PhotoCure ASA - Shares in Algeta ASA sold
Oslo, Norway, 6 September 2005. PhotoCure ASA has sold the company's 12 500 shares in Algeta ASA for NOK 400 per share. The sale requires approval from the board of directors of Algeta and will give PhotoCure a profit of NOK 5 million in the third quarter.
