Shares in PhotoCure listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange
The shares in PhotoCure ASA will today be listed on the main list on the Oslo Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol PHO.
The listing follows after the successful completion of a public share issue of 2.3 million shares in which the company receives NOK 356.5 million before issue fees and expenses. The share issue was priced at NOK 155 per share (see separate press release on the 22nd of May 2000). The share issue is now registered in the Norwegian Enterprise Registry and the Verdipapirsentralen (VPS), which is Norways paperless centralised securities registry.
