Pihlajalinna acquires Paraisten Lääkärikeskus

Pihlajalinna has purchased the entire share capital of Paraisten Lääkärikeskus Oy from Archipelago Doctors. The transaction was completed on 4 December 2017. With the transaction, Paraisten Lääkärikeskus becomes part of Pihlajalinna’s chain of private clinics. In future, Archipelago Doctors Ltd’s doctor boat service in the Archipelago Sea will closely cooperate with Pihlajalinna’s private clinics in Parainen and Turku.

Founded in 1985, Paraisten Lääkärikeskus is located at the centre of Parainen. It offers private clinic and occupational health services for the coastal parts of the Turku region.
