Pihlajalinna has published the 2021 Annual Report, Remuneration Report, Corporate Governance Statement and Sustainability Report
Pihlajalinna’s Annual Report for 2021 has been published on the company’s website at the address investors.pihlajalinna.fi. The Annual Report contains the financial statements, Board of Director’s annual report, and auditor’s report.
Pihlajalinna has published a Renumeration Report and a Corporate Governance Statement. These are available on the company’s website at the address investors.pihlajalinna.fi/corporate-governance. The reports have been compiled in accordance with the management code of Finnish listed companies.
Additionally Pihlajalinna has published its first sustainability report in accordance with the GRI-standard (Global Reporting Initiative) on the company’s website at the address investors.pihlajalinna.fi/sustainability. The company have made a materiality assessment of its impacts on society as well as defined the key sustainability themes and stakeholders, among other things. Pihlajalinna will continue to develop its sustainability reporting further and prepare for the revised reporting obligations arising from a Regulation issued by the European Commission, for example. A Statement of non-financial information is included in the Sustainability report.
The financial statements documents are published for the first time as a xHTML file, in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting standards. The financial statements calculations are marked with the iXBRL tags. Concerning the ESEF financial statements compiled by Pihlajalinna, the audit firm KPMG Oy Ab has delivered an independent verification report that provides reasonable assurance. The assurance engagement has been performed in accordance with the international assurance engagement standard ISAE 3000 (revised).
