Pihlajalinna Plc has on 26 September 2018 received a notification under Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Market Act, according to which the holding of Fennia Group (Fennia Mutual Insurance Company and Fennia Life) in Pihlajalinna Plc’s shares and votes has risen above 10 per cent on 26 September 2018. The holding of Fennia Group has increased to 10.02% of the total of Pihlajalinna's shares and votes. After the transaction, Fennia Group owns 2,265,586 Pihlajalinna's shares.
