Pihlajalinna Plc and Pohjola Insurance Ltd (OP Insurance Ltd until 31 May) have, on 31 May 2019, signed a cooperation agreement aiming to pilot a new kind of customer service model for the customers of Pohjola Insurance Ltd in two municipalities.
