Pihlajalinna’s Head of HR will change

Pihlajalinna’s Head of HR, Sanna Hildén, has resigned and will begin in the position of business director at LähiTapiola. Her employment ends during January 2018. General counsel Pauliina Rannikko will for the time being lead Pihlajalinna’s HR function as well as the legal function. Rannikko was responsible for both HR and legal functions also in her previous place of employment.

“I wish to thank Sanna for her work at Pihlajalinna and wish her all the best in her new position”, says Pihlajalinna’s CEO Joni Aaltonen. “Under Sanna’s leadership, Pihlajalinna built a skilled HR team to serve both managers and business operations and created the necessary HR systems and practices.”
