PITMANS ACTS FOR SPENCER GROUP SHAREHOLDER Pitmans, a leading commercial law firm in the Thames Valley, has acted on behalf of shareholder Matthew Trott in the sale of his remaining shareholding in The Spencer Group Holdings Limited for an undisclosed consideration. The transaction was led by Pitmans Corporate Partner, Adam Dowdney.
