PLAGAZI AB (PUBL) APPOINTS ANDERS BOMAN, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER OF GOTLANDSBOLAGET, TO THE COMPANY'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Plagazi announces a new addition to the company's board of directors, Anders Boman.
In 2022, Gotlandsbolaget invested in Plagazi and now takes a seat on the company's board through Anders Boman. Anders Boman is Chief Operating Officer at Gotlandsbolaget and has a long experience from the shipping industry in leading positions and several board assignments.
Gotlandsbolag's investments in hydrogen-powered vessels strengthen the interest in cooperating with, and investing in, hydrogen production and logistics. The investment in Plagazi and Anders Boman's new appointment to its board is therefore a natural development.
