PLAGAZI ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Valerie Dujardin, board member at Plagazi, replaces Torsten Granberg as Chairman of the Board of Directors, while board member Anders Boman becomes Vice-Chairman. Additionally, former Hydrogen Commissioner of Germany, Stefan Kaufmann has departed from the Board of Directors.
These changes come as a product of the latest board meeting, following Torsten’s decision to step down as Chairman of the Board to focus more on the commercial side of the business, while staying on as a member of the Board of Directors. The long-standing corporate expertise of Valerie Dujardin and Anders Boman is welcomed in their newly found leadership positions within the company. Plagazi would also like to thank Stefan Kaufmann for his long-term support during his tenancy on the Board of Directors and look forward to working together to continue to build the European hydrogen market.
“The company believes these changes to be the most beneficial for Plagazi’s commercial growth. Strengthening the board of directors and re-focusing leadership on commercial activities will benefit the company on the journey to achieve our vision of becoming leaders in the development of the European waste-to-hydrogen market.” – Gustav Granberg, CEO Plagazi AB (publ)
