PLAGAZI ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Johan Mandelius replaces Valerie Dujardin as Chairman of the Board of Directors, while Anders Hellsten joins the Board as a Member. Additionally, former Chairman and Member of the Board Torsten Granberg is stepping down from the Board of Directors.

Johan Mandelius has extensive experience in change management in strategy, business and operational development, especially in international organisations. Johan is an expert in navigating complex change, leading large projects and programmes, and establishing and leading high-performing teams. He is known for his analytical skills and drive to improve ways of working, making him an invaluable asset to organisations in a rapidly changing world.

Anders Hellsten has a Master's degree from KTH in Civil Engineering and 40 years of experience in project management in the construction and process plant industry, as well as extensive experience in the implementation of investment and feasibility studies. Anders is a certified project manager (Project Management Professional according to PMI). During last 18 years, Anders has operated through its own consulting company with a number of clients, both private and governmental. Anders is a veteran of the Swedish Armed Forces and was previously a Lieutenant Colonel in the Civil Engineering Corps.
