Planmeca expands its investment in E4D Technologies
Planmeca, the world’s largest privately owned dental technology and software company and equipment manufacturer, announced that it has expanded its investment in E4D Technologies, LLC, developer of the Planmeca FIT™ CAD/CAM system. Both Planmeca and Ivoclar Vivadent will increase their investment in E4D Technologies, making Planmeca and Ivoclar Vivadent equal equity partners in the company. In addition, Planmeca announced expansion opportunity of its CADCAM distribution network in the North American market.
Planmeca’s deepened collaboration with E4D Technologies in developing state-of-the-art CAD/CAM solutions further reinforces Planmeca’s commitment to help dental professionals improve patient care by offering a comprehensive portfolio of advanced digital dental solutions for clinics and laboratories in the field.
