Change in the total number of shares and votes in Platzer Fastigheter Holding AB (publ) (”Platzer”)

In December 2013, the number of B-shares in Platzer increased by 25,300,000 and the number of votes increased by 25,300,000 as a result of two new issues carried out in conjunction with Platzer’s IPO.

As of 30 December 2013, the share capital in Platzer amounts to SEK 9,574,743.40, divided among 20,000,000 A-shares and 75,747,434 B-shares. The total number of votes in Platzer as of 30 December 2013 amounts to 275,747,434.
