Platzer intends to list shares on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm
Platzer announces today its intention to launch an Initial Public Offering (“IPO”) and raise new capital in connection with this. The IPO consists of an offering of subscription for shares and a listing of the shares on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. The company aims to raise SEK 500-600 million through offering subscription for newly issued B-shares.
An application for the shares of Platzer to be admitted for trading on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm was filed on October 24, 2013. Subject to relevant approvals from NASDAQ OMX Stockholm and to market conditions, the IPO is expected to be consummated in December 2013. The shares will be offered to institutional investors in Sweden and internationally and to the general public in Sweden.
P-G Persson, Platzer’s CEO, comments:
– The contemplated IPO is an important milestone for Platzer in our ambition to create a long-term platform to support our growth. The company becomes public and more well-known, which gives better access to the capital markets and to a broader base of Swedish and international shareholders.
– We are also pleased to announce today two acquisitions of the properties Gullbergsvass 5:26 and Tingstadsvassen 3:8 as part of our growth. These acquisitions and our decided production on the property Gårda 3:14 in Northern Gårda are good examples of how we grow through acquisitions and development of properties in prioritized locations in the Gothenburg area.
Handelsbanken Capital Markets is acting as Sole Bookrunner and Lead Manager and ABG Sundal Collier as Co-Lead Manager in the intended IPO. Catella is acting as financial advisor
Further announcements relating to the IPO will be made in due course.
