Bringing life to the zombies: Plotagon and Madfinger team up for joint venture in animation

Stockholm, Sweden/Brno, Czech Republic - In a move to bring creative storytelling power to the players, one of the world’s largest mobile games with over 40 Million players worldwide, has teamed up with animation app Plotagon to bring a voice to the stars of Dead Trigger 2.

Plotagon has created a number of scenes and characters, which mirror the game. Combined with exclusive sounds effects, movements and music, the newest pack allows fans of both Plotagon and Dead Trigger 2 to literally bring their zombies to life.

“Traditionally the pairing of film and video games has been put into the hands of large corporations and movie studios. This partnership extends our original vision for Plotagon: to bring the ability to create animated movies to anyone who wishes and has access to a mobile device or computer,” says Karin Wahlström, CMO of Plotagon. “The likes of such franchises as Lara Croft or Resident Evil have been imagined on the big screen on a large scale and now, with this partnering Dead Trigger 2 players can create the stories they desire to tell.”

The partnership is a first step in what both companies hope to be a continued partnership bringing gaming and animated storytelling to a mass audience.

The first initiative is the Zombie Challenge, where players will create videos about zombie every day situations. 12 winners (3 in each of 4 weekly challenges) will win Plotagon premium content and Dead Trigger 2 in-game premium content with a total worth of $1,300.
