Polar Structure confirms completion of acquisition of LoRaWAN assets from Bouygues Telecom and appoints Netmore Group AB as operator

Polar Structure announces that the acquisition of the LoRaWAN assets and the IoT platform SPOT from French Bouygues Telecom, previously announced on June 9, 2023, is now complete.

All regulatory approvals have been obtained, and the technical integration work has been carried out with the expected outcome. Polar Structure is now the primary owner of these assets through the company IoT Networks France, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Polar Intelligent Solutions, which in turn is a subsidiary of Polar Structure.

Furthermore, Polar Structure has entrusted Netmore Group AB with the responsibility to manage and develop the acquired network infrastructure, and to offer its operator services to both existing and new customers.
