poLight ASA - Applications by primary insiders in the IPO

Horten, 27 September 2018: Reference is made to the announcement by poLight ASA (the "Company") on 27 September 2018, regarding completion of the Company's initial public offering (the "IPO").

The following primary insiders have applied for and been allocated shares in the IPO:

- Viking Venture III AS, represented on the Company's board of directors, has been allocated 280,000 offer shares, corresponding to a total subscription amount of NOK 14,000,000. Following delivery of such offer shares, Viking Venture III AS will hold a total of 1,358,053 shares in the Company (of which 390,000 shares have been lent out to ABG Sundal Collier ASA through a lending option in connection with the IPO).

- Investinor AS, represented on the Company's board of directors, has been allocated 340,000 offer shares, corresponding to a total subscription amount of NOK 17,000,000. Following delivery of such offer shares, Investinor AS will hold a total of 1,608,313 shares in the Company.

- Stiftelsen Industrifonden, represented on the Company's board of directors, has been allocated 200,000 offer shares, corresponding to a total subscription amount of NOK 10,000,000. Following delivery of such offer shares, Stiftelsen Industrifonden will hold a total of 947,653 shares in the Company.

- Alf Henning Bekkevik (CFO), has been allocated 1,600 offer shares, corresponding to a total subscription amount of NOK 80,000. Following delivery of such offer shares, Alf Henning Bekkevik will hold a total of 3,378 shares in the Company.

All applications for offer shares made by primary insiders have been made at the fixed offer price of NOK 50 per offer share, and otherwise according to the terms and conditions for the IPO described in the Company's prospectus dated 19 September 2018.
