poLight ASA – poLight received purchase order for barcode product

Horten, 13 July 2020 - poLight ASA (OSE: PLT) today announced that the company has received a purchase order for TLens of approximately NOK 700,000. The purchase order is related to the barcode customer announced on the 5th of March this year.

The purchased material is planned used for mass production validation and commercial supply. Decision for market launch is still pending final qualification and other external factors.

“Even though this purchase order does not represent the last milestone for our first market release in a barcode product, it is clearly an important step towards it.“, said Dr. Øyvind Isaksen, the CEO of poLight.  

The order is expected to be partly shipped in the coming next few months, and the remaining will depend on time for market release and end customer orders.
