(Oslo, 16 April 2020) Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from poLight ASA (the "Company") on 16 April 2020, regarding a private placement of approximately NOK 40 million in the Company (the "Private Placement") and a subsequent offering of up to approximately NOK 10 million at the same subscription price as in the Private Placement (the "Subsequent Offering").
