Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from poLight ASA (the "Company") on 4 October 2021 regarding a resolution made by the Company's Board of Directors to approve a subsequent offering of up to 170,455 new shares in the Company (the "Subsequent Offering"). The Subsequent Offering was conditioned upon the registration of a prospectus prepared by the Company in the Norwegian Business Registry, and the subsequent publication of such prospectus (the "Prospectus").

The Prospectus has on 6 October 2021, been registered in the Norwegian Business Registry and is published by the Company today. The Subsequent Offering was conditioned upon such registration and publication.

The subscription period in the Subsequent Offering therefore commences today, 7 October 2021, at 09:00 hours (CEST) and ends on 20 October 2021 at 16:30 hours (CEST).

For an overview of the key terms in the Subsequent Offering, reference is made to the Prospectus and the stock exchange notice announced by the Company on 4 October 2021.

The Prospectus is, subject to certain limitations in applicable securities law, available at the website of the Company, www.polight.com, and on www.paretosec.com/updates/transactions.
