Correction: Polygiene brings aboard new international investor, Lloyds Fonds AG
Correction pertains to the following: Polygiene AB announces that investment funds, part of the segment Lloyd Fonds, Lloyd Fonds AG, have acquired 2.4% of the company, not 1.9% as previously stated.
The sellers are Mats Georgson and Peter Sjösten, who transferred 500,000 shares corresponding to approximately 2.4% of the total number of outstanding shares. The selling parties after the transaction still hold over 750,000 shares, corresponding to over 3.6% of the total number of outstanding shares.
"The interest for investing in Polygiene is great and now that an international institution wanted to get in we found a solution. We who sell our solutions all over the world see it as a strength having a broad international ownership base, which benefits our continued international growth", says Ulrika Björk, CEO Polygiene.
"Polygiene is of course a very interesting company for us. With an offer for the current times, organic growth strategy and a solution ranging from brand to technology and service, we believe in a very good development", says Christian Reindl, Lloyd Fonds.
"This was a good solution to get Lloyds aboard. But Peter and I keep most of our holdings. You won't get rid of us so easily" says Mats Georgson, CMO Polygiene.
