Polygiene Increases Focus on Sustainability by Appointing Industry Veteran to Advisory Board
Polygiene Stays Fresh Technologies appoints industry veteran, opinion leader and sustainable textiles expert, Dr Pamela Ravasio to its advisory board.
The addition of a member with long-running sustainability, textile and Sports & Outdoor experience to the advisory board, will add important expertise at a time when the new strategy of the company is being completed.

About Dr. Pamela Ravasio
Dr. Pamela Ravasio has recently been appointed ‘Stakeholder Manager’ (global) at Hohenstein, one of the most recognized global institutions for technical and scientific expertise in textiles. Previously, Pamela was a key driver in bringing the European outdoor industry to global recognition, while Head of CSR & Sustainability at the European Outdoor Group. Pamela has further been on the Steering Committee of the Social Labor Convergence Program (SLCP), on the advisory board of Textile Exchange, as well as chair of the Sustainability Committee of the Federation of European Sporting Goods Industry (FESI).
About the Polygiene Advisory Board:
Polygiene’s advisory board’s mandate is to exclusively advise to the company’s CEO on topics pertinent to relevant areas of expertise to the company. It has not directly or indirectly connection to the company’s executive board. With the appointment of Dr. Ravasio, alongside previously appointed Gunnar Bengtsson, former General Director for Kemikalieinspektionen (KEMI) in Sweden, Polygiene completes the reshuffle of its advisory board.
