Communication from Polymer Factory Sweden AB’s Extra General Meeting on 1 July 2024

Today, 1 July 2024, the Extra General Meeting of Polymer Factory Sweden AB (publ) was held (the "EGM"). Below is a summary of the decision that was made. 

Election of members of the Board of Directors

The EGM resolved on re-election Eva Malmström Jonsson, Anders Hult, Leif Gustafsson Gynnerstedt, Mats Wallnér and Michael Malkoch, and new election of Anders Hultman as members of the Board. The Meeting also resolved to re-elect Eva Malmström Jonsson as Chairperson of the Board.
