Polymer Factory has emerged out of many years of cutting-edge research in the field of dendritic materials and has evolved into a leader in advanced dendritic nanotechnologies. Our capitalization through IPO will enable us to invest in our business and sales organization, and more actively pursue tailored and royalty-based agreements with large multinational corporates. We are confident that the business has potential to grow tremendously and attract more customers from a wide range of technologically demanding sectors, such as MedTech and BioTech. We are very excited about welcoming new investors as we now work towards realizing Polymer Factory’s huge underlying values.

The knowledge that exists in the company, stemming from many years of cutting-edge research and development, is deeply impressing and gives a strong foundation to build on. I very much look forward to leading us on a journey of continued development and growth together with Polymer Factory’s dedicated team.”

CTO (Former CEO) Michael Malkoch comments:
“Polymer Factory has a unique nanotechnological platform that under my guidance, as the CEO, was transformed over the last years to attractive products. Polymer Factory is now ready to scale-up its business activities taking strength from the plethora of buying customers that historically have been in contact with the Company. Consequently, I will take a more natural role as the CTO of the company and in parallel ensure smooth transfer of knowledge to our new CEO Elin Mignérus. With Elin onboard as the CEO, I and the rest of Polymer Factory are excited about the future Factory. I am confident that we, as a collective, can deliver to the market what is envisaged from our cutting-edge dendritic nanomaterials.”
