Polymer Factory has received conditional approval for listing on the Nordic Growth Market

Polymer Factory Sweden AB has received conditional approval for listing on Nordic SME on the Nordic Growth Market, Stockholm ("NGM"). The first trading day is planned for June 24, 2024. This means that Polymer Factory will change its marketplace from Spotlight Stock Market.

The decision is conditional on Polymer Factory fulfilling the formal listing requirements and that no new information comes to light that affects the company's fulfillment of these requirements.

Due to the conditional approval, Polymer Factory has today applied for delisting from Spotlight Stock Market with the desire for the last trading day on Thursday, June 20, 2024. The first trading day on Nordic SME is estimated to be Monday, June 24, 2024.

Shareholders in Polymer Factory will not have to take any measures in connection with the change of marketplace.
