Posten's e-mailbox keeps track of TV license fees Customers now can receive bill payment notification for TV license fees in their electronic mailbox, the ePostbox. The solution also enables customers to receive pay slips, local government information, as well as bills from both public and private organizations. Radiotjänst i Kiruna AB is one of the first companies enabling customers to receive bill payment information electronically. - Posten's paperless e-mailbox solution improves the level of customer convenience for our nearly 3 million subscribers, says Carl-Gustav Johansson, head of IT and Accounting for Radiotjänst. The ePostbox functions like an ordinary mailbox for ordinary mail. The difference is that mail is delivered electronically. - Recipients can view the contents of their electronic mailbox from any computer with an Internet connection. The solution facilitates the management of bills, account statements, childcare information, and much much more, says Margareta Chowra, product manager of ePostbox. Registering for the ePostbox service is free. As with regular mail, delivery costs are borne by the sender. Radiotjänst i Kiruna AB is a designated "sender" company. Numerous counties and some 50 companies are set to provide access to electronic information and bill payment over the coming months. Subscribers can designate same-company information for either electronic or physical delivery.
