The Board of Itella Corporation has appointed the members of OpusCapita Ltd’s Board. There are altogether six Board members and the members are:

  • CEO Heikki Malinen, Itella
  • CFO Sari Helander, Itella
  • Vice President, Strategy and Development Juhani Strömberg, Itella
  • CEO Timo Löyttyniemi, The State Pension Fund
  • Senior Investment Director Juha Mikkola, Norvestia
  • Private Entrepreneur and Board Professional Ossi Pohjola, Business Integration Group.
