Jenny Lahrin and Anja Bach Eriksson elected as new Board members at Extraordinary General Meeting of PostNord AB (publ)

An Extraordinary General Meeting of PostNord AB (publ) was held on August 21. The Meeting resolved to approve the shareholders' proposal for new members of the Board of Directors.

The Meeting resolved to approve the election of Jenny Lahrin and Anja Bach Eriksson as members of the Board until the end of the next Annual General Meeting. They replace Erik Sandstedt and Charlotte Strand who resigned from the Board of Directors at their own request on July 1, 2023.
