PostNord divest subsidiaries in Holland and Belgium

PostNord has today sold their fully owned subsidiaries HIT Starintex B.V in Holland, and HIT Belgium SA, to Hellmann Worldwide Logistics GmbH & Co. KG.

The transaction will be valid as of today, and include all activities of the two mentioned companies. The company name HIT will remain the property of PostNord.

- This is completely in line with the strategy of PostNord, being the preferred partner for Communication and Logistics services, to/from and within the Nordic Region, says Henrik Höjsgaard, Head of business area Logistics within PostNord.
