PostNord has appointed Gunilla Berg as new Chief Financial Officer

Gunilla Berg has been appointed new CFO of PostNord. She is currently Executive Vice President and CFO of the Terracom group.

Gunilla Berg was born 1960 and has a Degree of Master of Science in Business and Economics from Stockholm School of Economics. The date of her entry in PostNord will be communicated later.

Previously, Gunilla Berg held the positions of Executive Vice President and CFO within SAS and KF, etc. She is today Member of the Board of Alfa Laval and Vattenfall, as well as Chairman of the audit Committee of Vattenfall.

Gunilla Berg replaces Henrik Rättzén whom leaves the group.
