PostNord has issued bonds for SEK 600 million

On Tuesday, May 21, 2019 PostNord AB launched a bond issue for SEK 600 million, of which SEK 250 million is with fixed rate and a five-year maturity and SEK 350 million with floating rate and a five-year maturity. The proceeds from the bond issue will be used among other things to refinance loans falling due. PostNord will list the bonds on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm.

Handelsbanken, Nordea and Danske Bank acted as Joint Lead Managers for the transaction.
