PostNord increases Term Loan Facilities

PostNord has signed a new SEK 1 billion Term Loan Facility provided by Nordea (Facility Agent) and Svenska Handelsbanken (Documentation Agent). The facility matures in September 2019.

In addition, PostNord AB has amended the existing SEK 1 billion Term Loan Facility with Danske Bank (Facility Agent), Nordea and Svenska Handelsbanken. The facility’s tenor has been extended to a maturity in September 2019.

The Term Loan facilities will be used to refinance maturing MTN-bonds in September 2017.
