PostNord issues green bond

On May 21, PostNord completed a green bond issue totaling SEK 750 million with a five-year maturity. The bond was issued under PostNord’s recently updated MTN program and the new green framework. Interest in the bond was strong, and the issue was heavily oversubscribed.

PostNord will allocate the funds in line with the green framework to investments that support the Group’s continued climate transition. The bond will be listed on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm and the transaction was arranged by Nordea.
