PostNord issues SEK 400 million in bonds

Today PostNord AB has issued bonds totaling SEK 400 million. The bonds have a maturity of six years and fall due on June 12, 2019. The loan pays a floating coupon of three months STIBOR + 125 basis points.

The issue was made under the Medium Term Note program, established in June 2012 to provide the group with greater financial flexibility in the implementation of its strategy. The program, with a limit of SEK 6 billion, allows for the issuance of bonds in the Swedish market.

The Joint Bookrunners mandated by PostNord for this transaction were SEB and Danske Bank.

The bonds will be listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
