PostNord’s Annual and Sustainability Report is now available in Swedish and English. The Sustainability Report, which forms part of the Annual Report, has been drawn up in accordance with the Swedish Annual Accounts Act and GRI Standards.

“The Group's operating income for the year was the best result since PostNord was established. We started 2021 exceptionally strongly, as we handled the pandemic’s high parcel volumes well. The second half of the year was not as strong, mainly due to lower mail volumes and challenging conditions for planning in the parcels business. We could clearly see the effects when the pandemic finally started to loosen its grip on societies. Around the end of the year, we adopted new targets regarding PostNord's agenda for sustainable logistics. The new targets extend until the middle of this decade and will make a clear contribution to positive change for the people around us as well as radically reducing the climate footprint of transport in the Nordic market, making a fossil-free business possible by 2030,” says Annemarie Gardshol, President and Group CEO.
