PostNord signs SEK 2 billion credit facility agreement

PostNord has signed a five-year revolving credit facility agreement for SEK 2,000m, available in various currencies. The credit facility is intended for general group financial requirements.

The credit facility was arranged by Nordea Bank AB (“Bookrunner”); Danske Bank A/S,Denmark,Sweden branch; and Handelsbanken Capital Markets, SvenskaHandelsbankenAB (”Mandated Lead Arrangers”).
