PostNord divests Strålfors Identification Solutions

PostNord AB streamlines its business communication operations within the business area Information Logistics and divests Strålfors Identification Solutions, owned by Strålfors AB. The divestiture is made by having EsonPac Group AB, a newly established company jointly owned by Strålfors AB and EsonPac Holding AB, acquiring the shares in Strålfors Identification Solution and EsonPac.
