This Spring, we’ve had a lockdown of launches from the (Virtual) Veg Pad this Spring, kicking off with two delicious but nutritious Dinner Box recipes launching into TESCO this April.
As we approach warmer months, we’re adding another three launches to our line-up from June 15th, 2020: our new Creamy Courgette, Pea & A Hint of Chilli Immune Boosting Super Soup, our new Malaysian Laksa Curry Veg Pot and our Chargrilled Cauli-Caesar Salad Jar.
NEW Creamy Courgette, Pea & A Hint of Chilli Immune Boosting Super Soup
We’re going green this summer with our new soup that packs fresh veg, protein and punchy flavours - the perfect reason to eat in season.
We’ve chosen the best of summer’s bounty to create this delicious, healthy soup for the days it’s just too sunny to cook from scratch.
Joining our Super Soups range, our Creamy Courgette, Pea & A Hint of Chilli Super Soup is as tasty as it’s good for you:
- The courgettes, peas and basil in this recipe are all grown on local farms
- Our garden peas are an excellent source of folate which is known for its natural immune boosting qualities
- The chilli not only adds a fiery kick but is also great for boosting a sluggish metabolism
- Each serving contains 3 of your 5-a-day and is loaded with 13g of protein and 8.7g of fibre
- And as with all BOL products, this recipe is 100% plant based
NEW Malaysian Laksa Curry Veg Pot
Poshing up noodles with our mature and Malaysian twist on noodles in a pot, this creamy coconut curry works brilliantly with black turtle beans and spiced chickpeas. Thick ramen noodles add bite, mango chutney for some exotic sweetness and the whole dish is ready in under 4 minutes.
Packed with fresh veg, protein and punchy flavours, the BOL Malaysian Laksa Curry Veg Pot is a fresh, modern and healthy take on traditional Malaysian classic and a famous nostalgic staple.

- Low in fat
- Low in sugar
- Each serving is under 400kcal and packed with 11g of plant protein and 8.3g of fibre

NEW Chargrilled-Cauli Caesar Salad Jar
All hail our latest shake-it-to-make-it Salad Jar. A tribute to the famous Caesar recipe, packed with chargrilled cauliflower, roasted carrots and nutty chickpeas on top of kale, spinach and red quinoa with a handful of briny capers and of course, our own impossibly creamy plant-powered Caesar style dressing.

- Since the 1st April 2020 we have donated 21, 228 meals to front line workers and those in need and are not stopping there. With weekly drops to the NHS & Age UK we are committed to helping our community as much as possible.
